this is getting good, hey frank what's your set-up??? pauter and lenco??? and what times?
Yes its a Pauter with a B&J, We only have one race under our belt with our new nitro combo and we ran a best of 3.10. Fixed our boost control issues (thanks to Marty at Turbosmart) with a 60mm gate, the 45 was a little small and added some clutch management. Will let you know after the race next weekend how it all worked out.

1975 36hp, non-syncro 1st gear, you could dune at Glamis for an hour and never see another buggy or ATC 70. More ( Innocent ) fun than todays 700hp 20 plus inches of wheel travel, 100 mph. Just say-in.

Thanks for the pat on the back, but who am I thanking ? Sept or Oct race we will try to drop it to 3:40s. Then on to A/gas buggy record.

What gears do you have in your FTC tranny? I run a 2:57/1:67 on a 4:125 R&P My buggy MPH's at 87. Don't think I can ring this engine out any more w/o changing the R&P to at least a 3:875.
