unfortunately team Tavares/Pauter had to pass on this weekend's Dome Valley event...owner/driver and one crew member down and out with the "Dreaded Mo-gus", too bad had hoped to test some new firepower, looks like we wait for Hemet/Saboba in March.

I've been racing in sand drags since 1982 and have NEVER seen a show like I witnessed this weekend. Mario ran a 2.77 in the heat, it must have been 96 degrees out. There are no better people in our sport than Mario and Don. I am so happy for the whole team. They demonstrated how things should be done. Collect lots of data and have the experience to know what to do with it. Congratulations!

I've been racing in sand drags since 1982 and have NEVER seen a show like I witnessed this weekend. Many thanks for the kind words Charlie, Marty.... we really do have a fantastic team of guys, Larry Moore and son Larry jr.... myself and Mario's boy Nigel, all of whom work together to handle the basic (as well as emergency) chores quickly and efficiently. I must admit this weekends performance was without a doubt the most consistent, positive momentum we've seen to date. Team leaders MT and DP (Dave Perkins) have gained a great deal of expertise and confidence combining applications of Race pack, a new MSD 44 mag and the latest rev-limiting systems to make this impressive level of performance possible.....as our good friend and formidable competitor Brian Chapman said after the event... F#*K !!! WOW!!!
